Each of our business consultants is a licensed attorney who understands the regulatory framework in the state you're looking for help in and can assist with non-legal services, such as applying for a cannabis license, solving operational challenges, or selling a business.

We're a "diligence first" consulting company, meaning we seek to understand your business needs on a detailed level before we take you as a client. In addition to being an attorney, our founder is also a licensed CPA, has founded multiple start-ups, is experienced in raising capital, and has completed several successful exits.
