Independent Spirits Distillery

We are a true grain-to-glass craft distillery. We make all our homegrown and handcrafted spirits right here on our ten-acre farm in Woolwich Township, New Jersey. We buy all our grains locally.
We have created vodka, gin, all-corn, unaged whiskey, authentic barrel-aged bourbon and rye whiskey, barreled gin, apple pie moonshine, a decadent Espresso Liqueur and a Limoncello for your enjoyment.
We love visitors! We offer Spirit and cocktail tastings and a full line of cocktails to enjoy while you are here. Feel free to bring your own food.
